Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Baby Dashboard at baboolog.com and app.baboolog.com. By using it you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. The service

Baby Dashboard helps you record your baby's activities in a Google Sheet you own and shows them on a dashboard. It's a beta run on a best-effort basis: features may change, and new accounts are approved by hand. We may decline, suspend or close accounts, for example to protect the service or other users.

2. Not medical advice

Baby Dashboard is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in it — totals, charts, averages or the sickness calendar — is medical advice. Always ask a doctor or other qualified professional about your child's health, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

3. Your account and your data

You need a Google account and must keep it secure. You're responsible for what's logged from your account and Siri keys.
Your sheet and everything in it belong to you. You give Baby Dashboard permission to read and write the sheets you connect, only to run the features you use. See the Privacy Policy.
Only connect sheets you're allowed to edit, and only share them with people you trust.
Keep your own backups — Google Sheets has version history; a periodic copy is a good idea.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may be interrupted, and entries (including voice entries) can fail to save — check your sheet for anything important.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Baby Dashboard's operator isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Ending

You can stop at any time: disconnect Google in the app and ask us to delete your account. Your Google Sheet stays yours.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Baby Dashboard after a change means you accept it.
